Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact the 1925 support team immediately.
Account Suspension
1925 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in cases of fraud, terms violations, hacking activity, multiple account usage, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Geographical Restrictions
The 1925 platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from regions where such services are prohibited by law are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1925 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules without exception:
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal purpose in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Not to attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with the 1925 platform.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from 1925.
- Not to spread false, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication features on the platform.
- Do not attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or controls implemented by 1925.
- Not to transfer your account, login credentials, or credit balance to any third party without written approval from 1925.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all related transactions, and legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 1925 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or TNG eWallet. Funds are typically credited within seconds after bank confirmation. 1925 is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must comply with anti-money laundering policies. The recipient bank account name must match the name on the 1925 account. Processing times depend on the respective bank's policies.
Bonuses & Promotions
Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to separately specified rollover requirements and time limits. Abuse of promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus forfeiture and further action.
Transaction Declined
1925 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
1925 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1925 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
1925's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1925 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1925 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 1925 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 1925 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
